1 yellow cake mix
4 c. rhubarb, diced
1 c. sugar
2 cartons whipping cream
Mix cake according to box directions. Toss rhubarb in sugar, put on top of cake mix. Pour whipping cream over all. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes.
