BBQ Sauces

KC Style BBQ Sauce

1 c. Ketchup
1 c. Tomato sauce
1/2 c. Red wine vinegar
1/2 c. Dark brown sugar
1/2 c. Molasses
2 T. Butter
2 tsp. Liquid smoke
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Smoked paprika
1 tsp. Ground mustard
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. Celery salt
1/2 tsp. Ground ginger

Mix all ingredients in saucepan and simmer on low until thickened, 20-60 minutes.  Can be frozen

Vinegar BBQ Sauce

2/3 c. Ketchup
1/4 c. Apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. Dark brown sugar
1 T. Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. Liquid smoke
2 tsp. Smoked paprika
2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. Ground mustard
1/2 tsp. Ground ginger

Mix all ingredients in saucepan and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
